To send you tea we need to know who you are and where you live. This page says what we collect, why we need it, who else sees it, and how long we keep it. No boilerplate.

Who we are
Juye is a tea business based in Lahore, Pakistan, trading at juyepk.com. We are responsible for the information described on this page.
What we collect, and why
When you place an order we ask for your name, mobile number, delivery address and, if you give one, your email address. We need these to pack the order, hand it to the courier, and reach you if something goes wrong. The courier cannot deliver without them.
We also keep a record of what you ordered and what you paid, because that is what an order is.
If you pay by transfer or send an advance, you upload a payment screenshot. We use it for one thing: confirming that the money arrived and belongs to your order.
Like any website, our server records technical information such as your IP address, browser and the pages you requested. This is ordinary server logging, used to keep the site working and to spot abuse.
What we never ask for
We do not take card payments, so we never collect card numbers and none are stored anywhere on this site.
We will never ask for your wallet PIN, your banking password, or an OTP — not on this site, not on WhatsApp, not on a phone call. Anyone asking for those in our name is attempting fraud. Please do not give them out, and tell us if it happens.
How your payment screenshot is stored
A payment screenshot usually shows your name, your wallet or account number and your balance, so it is treated as the sensitive thing it is.
Screenshots are stored outside the public part of the website, in a folder that cannot be reached by guessing a web address. They are only visible to staff signed in with permission to manage orders, and every view goes through a check. They are not indexed by search engines and they are never attached to an email.
Who else sees your information
- The courier — your name, delivery address and mobile number, printed on the label. They cannot deliver otherwise.
- JazzCash, Easypaisa or the bank — when you transfer money, that transaction is between you and them under their own terms. We only see what your screenshot and our account statement show.
- Our hosting provider — which stores the website and its database on our behalf.
That is the whole list. We do not sell your information, rent it, or pass it to anyone for marketing. We would only hand anything over if the law actually required it.
Cookies
The shop sets a small number of cookies so that your cart remembers what you put in it and you stay signed in while you check out. Without them the shop cannot work.
We do not run advertising pixels or third-party tracking on this site, and we do not build a profile of you across other websites.
Messages you get from us
We contact you about your own order — confirming it, telling you it has shipped, asking a question about your address. That is part of fulfilling the order, not marketing.
We will not add you to a promotional list unless you ask to be on one, and you can tell us to stop at any time.
How long we keep things
- Order records — kept for our accounts, and so we can deal with a complaint about an old order.
- Payment screenshots — kept while the payment may still be queried, then deleted. They are not kept indefinitely.
- Server logs — rotated and overwritten in the normal course.
What you can ask us to do
Write to us and you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct something wrong, or ask us to delete what we are not obliged to keep for our accounts. You can order as a guest, without creating an account, if you would rather we held as little as possible.
We will answer within a reasonable time and we will not charge you for asking.
Children
This shop is meant for adults and we do not knowingly collect information about children. If you think a child has sent us their details, tell us and we will remove them.
Keeping it safe
The site is served over an encrypted connection, access to order data is limited to people who need it, and payment proof is stored away from the public web root as described above. No system is perfect, but we take this seriously and we will tell you promptly if something goes wrong that affects you.
Changes to this policy
If what we do with your information changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top will tell you when.
Contact
Any question about your information, or a request to see or delete it, goes through our Contact page.
