These terms cover what you can expect from us and what we expect from you when you buy tea at juyepk.com. We have kept them in plain language on purpose.

Who you are buying from
Juye is a tea business based in Lahore, Pakistan, trading at juyepk.com. Throughout this page, “we” and “us” mean Juye, and “you” means the person placing the order.
By placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not order.
Placing an order
You can order as a guest; an account is not required. You must be old enough to enter a contract and the details you give us must be your own and accurate.
An order you place is an offer to buy. A contract exists once we confirm the order — which happens when your advance or full payment reaches us. Until then we may decline an order, and we will tell you why if we do.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- No sales tax is added at checkout. The price you see on a product page is the price you pay for it.
- Delivery is a flat Rs 250 per order, anywhere in Pakistan.
- We may change prices at any time, but never on an order we have already confirmed.
There are two ways to pay. Cash on delivery takes a Rs 250 advance to confirm the order, with the balance paid in cash to the rider; the advance is part of your total, never an addition to it. Online payment means transferring the full amount to our JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account and sending us the screenshot.
We do not accept card payments and we never ask for your card number, wallet PIN, password or OTP. Anyone asking you for those in our name is not us.
Stock and availability
We blend in small batches, so a tea can sell out between you adding it to the cart and us packing it. If that happens we will tell you and refund that item in full, or hold the order until the next batch if you prefer to wait.
About the tea itself
These are natural agricultural products. Colour, leaf size and aroma vary a little from batch to batch and from season to season — that is normal and not a fault. Weights shown are the net weight at the time of packing.
Our teas and herbal blends are food and drink, not medicine. Nothing we write about them is medical advice or a claim to treat any condition. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition, check with your doctor before making a herbal blend part of your routine.
Product photographs are there to show you the tea honestly, but screens differ and so does light.
Delivery, cancellation and refunds
Delivery charges, timings and what happens to a parcel nobody can receive are set out on the Shipping and Delivery page. Cancellations, damaged or wrong items, and how refunds are paid are set out on the Returns and Refunds page. Both pages form part of these terms.
Delivery timings are honest estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is with the courier, its progress is in their hands, though chasing them is in ours.
Using this website
The text, photographs and design on this site belong to us. You are welcome to share a link to any page. Please do not copy our photographs or product descriptions for your own shop.
Please do not attempt to break, overload or probe the site, place fake orders, or use someone else’s payment details.
Where our responsibility ends
If we get something wrong, we will put it right: replace the item or refund you. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order, including its delivery charge.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control — courier strikes, weather, transport closures or similar. Nothing here limits any right you have under Pakistani law that cannot be limited by agreement.

Changes to these terms
We may update this page as the shop changes. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published on the day you placed it, and the date at the top tells you when this version went up.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts at Lahore have jurisdiction over any dispute. We would far rather settle it over a message — please talk to us first.
