Cash on delivery across Pakistan

Shipping and Delivery

We pack and send every order from Lahore. Here is exactly what it costs, how long it takes, and what happens if something goes wrong on the way.

Where we deliver

Anywhere in Pakistan. We send through a national courier, so if the courier reaches your address, we reach your address — city, town or cantonment.

We do not ship outside Pakistan at the moment.

What delivery costs

Rs 250 for every order, to every city. One flat charge, however many packs you order. It is added at checkout and shown to you before you confirm anything, so the total you see is the total you pay.

Prices on the product pages are in Pakistani Rupees and no sales tax is added at checkout.

How long it takes

  • Lahore — 2 to 3 working days
  • Rest of Pakistan — 3 to 5 working days

Working days are Monday to Saturday. We do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays, and couriers slow down around Eid, so allow a little longer then.

When the clock starts

This is the part most people miss, so it is worth saying plainly: the delivery time runs from when your order is confirmed, not from when you place it.

  • Cash on delivery — confirmed once your Rs 250 advance reaches us.
  • Online payment — confirmed once we have seen your payment screenshot and matched it to the amount.

We check payments through the day. Orders confirmed before the evening generally go out the next working day.

Paying for your order

You have two options at checkout.

  • Cash on delivery. You send a Rs 250 advance to confirm the order, and pay the balance in cash to the rider. The advance is part of your total, not an extra charge — if your order comes to Rs 1,350, you send Rs 250 now and pay Rs 1,100 at the door.
  • Online payment. Transfer the full amount to our JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account, then upload the screenshot on your order page or send it to us. Nothing is dispatched until the payment shows up.

We ask for the advance because it tells us an order is real. Undelivered cash-on-delivery parcels are the single biggest cost in this business, and keeping that cost down is what keeps our prices where they are.

Getting your address right

Pakistani addresses are easy to get half-right, and a half-right address is how parcels get lost. Please give us the house or flat number, street, block or sector, area, and city — and a mobile number that will actually be answered. The rider normally calls before arriving.

If nobody answers, the courier usually tries again the next day. After two or three failed attempts the parcel comes back to us, and we will contact you to arrange sending it again. A second delivery attempt after a returned parcel is charged at Rs 250 again, because the courier charges us twice too.

How it arrives

Every pack is sealed before it leaves us and packed so it survives the journey. Tea picks up smells, so it travels sealed and should stay that way until you open it.

If a parcel reaches you damaged, open or short, tell us within 48 hours and we will sort it out — see Returns and Refunds.

Questions about an order

Get in touch through our Contact page with your order number and we will come back to you, usually within one working day.
